Our policy lasts from 15 days of the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. If 15 days have gone passed the date of your order was received from our warehouse, unfortunately we wont be able to offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for the online store credit.
To be eligible for a return for any other reason than above, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of you, the customer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact customer service if this is the case.
There are no credits, refunds or other costs that MantraNaturals and its entities will incur for you to return any item purchased from any of our websites. Please include your invoice with your order, along with a note explaining your reason for returning the item(s).

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the subtotal of your order (we do not refund shipping costs) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, processing time may vary.
** Please pack any return carefully with lots of packing material to prevent breakage. Mantra Naturals will refund only if returned items are undamaged. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
